Built on six years of live brokerage data
The CRM whose reports
cannot lie to you.
In most CRMs a pipeline stage is a dropdown somebody remembers to set. Here it is a conclusion drawn from evidence. A logged call moves the lead. A completed visit moves the lead. A recorded deal wins it. Nothing else can, so the funnel on your screen is the funnel on the ground.
Stage New
Log what happened
What the system recorded
Nothing yet. Press an action and watch the stage move on its own, because the record moved first.
The stage is never typed. It is what the record already proves, which is why the number on a report and the truth on the ground cannot drift apart.
Go on, press something. This is the real rule, not a picture of it.
The channel that fills your pipeline is not the one that closes it.
Every decision in this product traces to an audit of a production CRM at a mid-size Indian brokerage. 1.24 million rows, 89 objects, six years. The clearest finding was also the most ignored one.
| Referral | 30.8% | |
| Channel partner | 25.9% | |
| Walk-in and repeat | 16.6% | |
| The four property portals | 0.3% |
Won is a consequence, not a picklist
The only route to a won lead is recording the deal, with a value above zero and a specific unit. A won lead with no money attached cannot exist, so close-gate rules never pile up.
Referral is treated as the business
Who referred a lead is captured as a real contact, not a text box. That is the basis for paying partners correctly, which is the thing brokerages actually lose sleep over.
Money is exact, always
One integer of paise, end to end. You type "1.25 cr" and get it back as "1.25 Cr". No value field sitting next to a unit dropdown an integration can forget to set.
Machines write most of it
A bearer-key API lets your calling and WhatsApp automation create leads, log conversations and search inventory. Most records exist before anyone opens a form.
Not a real-estate business? It still fits.
Real estate ships as the full module: matching, site visits, deals, timers. Everything else names its own records at signup, from a preset, from a sentence you write, or by hand.
Every operator gets a real login. Never priced per seat.
Per-seat pricing is what pushes teams onto shared logins, and shared logins are what destroyed attribution in the brokerage we studied.
